RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened (such as cosmetic and skincare products).
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
If you still have not received it, contact us.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, contact us first:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
You must contact us within 24 hours after delivery with photos as proof.
